The Information We Collect

When you create an account or submit sets to sell, we collect:

your name and title
your email address and phone number
your date of birth
your postal address
your bank or payment details, so that we can pay you
the details of the sets you submit, including set numbers, condition, and the value shown.

We store your bank and payment details in encrypted form.

When you use the website, we also collect some technical information automatically:

your IP address
your browser and device information
the pages and sets you view during a selling session.

We collect this technical information to keep the service secure and to spot fraud and automated bot activity.

How We Use Your Information

process the sets you submit and give you an offer

Wise, to make payments to you
Royal Mail, to provide postage labels and handle deliveries and returns
Resend, to send you emails
Ideal Postcodes and postcodes.io, to look up addresses
Google, for website analytics
Render, which hosts the website and database within the European Union.

We share LEGO set numbers with BrickLink to fetch current market prices. We do not share your personal details with BrickLink.

We may also share information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is needed to prevent fraud.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Some are essential and let you log in and use the selling process. We also use analytics cookies through Google to understand how the website is used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. We are adding a cookie consent tool so that you can manage non-essential cookies directly on the site.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your account and order information for six years after your last sale. This matches the period HMRC expects businesses to keep tax and accounting records. After this period we remove or anonymise the information.

We keep technical logs used for fraud prevention, such as IP addresses, only for as long as we need them for that purpose.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
ask us to correct information that is wrong
ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
object to or restrict how we use your data
