Yes, where store drop-off is available, you can bring your sets directly to one of our stores instead of posting them. Simply complete your order through the selling tool, choose the store drop-off option at checkout, and select the store you’d like to drop off at.

No. QR codes are for tracking, not per-parcel requirements. If your items fit safely in one box, use one box and one QR code. Only use additional QR codes if you genuinely need multiple parcels.

If your LEGO box has any stickers on it, such as reduced price stickers, retailer labels, security stickers or barcode stickers, please select Sealed - Box Damage. This is because stickers cannot always be removed safely without damaging the box, leaving marks, residue or tearing the surface. Even if the box is otherwise in good condition, any sticker on the box means it should be submitted as Box Damage rather than Pristine or Minor Wear.
