Packaging Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to ensure your LEGO sets arrive safely. Please note: we only accept brand new, sealed sets (BNIB).

1

Choose the right box

Select a sturdy cardboard box that fits your LEGO sets with room for protective padding.

Important: You may have received one QR code per item, but this does not mean one box per item. Please pack responsibly — if multiple items fit safely in one box, use one box and one QR code. Only use additional QR codes if you genuinely need multiple boxes.

2

Pack securely

  • Use bubble wrap or packing paper to cushion each LEGO set individually
  • Fill any gaps with packing material to prevent movement
  • If using multiple boxes, use a separate QR code for each box
  • Seal the box securely with packing tape on all seams

Do not use carrier bags, bin bags, or loose wrapping as outer packaging.

3

Attach your label

Print off your postage label and attach it securely to the outside of the box. Make sure any barcodes or QR codes are not covered or obscured. Remove or cover any old labels from previous shipments.

No printer? No problem. Most Royal Mail drop-off points have printing facilities. Simply scan the QR code from your confirmation email to print the label in store.

4

Drop off your parcel

Take your packaged LEGO sets to any Royal Mail drop-off point, Post Office branch, or parcel shop. Your shipment is fully tracked.

Please post within 7 days of submitting your offer.
